I have a Bachelors degree in Biomedical Science, and am currently in my 5th year studying Medicine at the University of Auckland.
I have tutored privately for six years now, after first spending two years tutoring afternoon classes at two public high schools to 40 students having difficulties keeping up with their science subjects. I tutored them in the afternoons, keeping pace their regular classes, in biology, chemistry and physics.
I have always enjoyed discussing the concepts of the natural sciences and am confident in my abilities to teach them. I am told that I am very good at explaining material to people in a way that they can learn and understand.
I usually find one on one tutoring more productive than group sessions, but can accommodate either.
I am confident that I will be able to help you. If you find that after a session with me you still cannot understand the material then I will not charge you for the lesson.
