Tutor Profile

Masters Degree with honours in English and 36 years experience. While I teach all ages, I am an expert consultant to help your child prepare for future exams and assignments at the high school level in English. This is my approach, no matter what level of school your child is at, I always have an eye to teaching younger children skills and tricks that will help them eventually in high school English, though of course I target it appropriately for their current age level. Over the years I have worked with every age group from four to adult, and can especially help if your teen is sitting NCEA, but also if your child is learning disabled or has ADHD I have experience and knowledge to help with that too.

Experience teaching reading and writing to primary school children and helping Secondary students with their NCEA English assignments and exams. I have a special interest in helping students with NCEA English and tutor these students online via Zoom.

I only teach online via Zoom now. I charge $45 an hour.
