I am a native Chinese speaker and have been living in New Zealand for over 10 years. I specialise in teaching Mandarin to adult learners and provide both online and face-to-face lessons.
I have been teaching Mandarin for more than 3 years and I genuinely enjoy it. One of the most rewarding parts of teaching Chinese is seeing my students become more confident and comfortable using Chinese in real-life situations. I believe that learning a language shouldn't stop at textbooks. Instead, it should beyond the textbooks and it opens the door to new cultures, meaningful connections, and a wider world.
In my class, I'll be using a lot of pictures, stories and real life conversations to create a fun and interactive learning environment. Each lesson will be personalised to match your goals, interests, and learning pace. Most importantly, my lessons are designed to be beginner-friendly.
